#   TUR calculation is based on specification interval of the accuracy file.
#   The default 5100B accuracy file contains 90 day specs.

  1.003  DISP         Disconnect the test leads if attached. Remove the three
  1.003  DISP         phillips-head screws from the bottom of the case. Turn
  1.003  DISP         the instrument face-up, and grasp the top cover at both
  1.003  DISP         sides of the input connectors. Then, pull the top cover
  1.003  DISP         from the UUT.
  1.004  DISP         Turn the UUT on.
  1.004  DISP         Ambient temperature: 18C - 28C.
  1.004  DISP         Relative humidity: less than 80%.
  1.004  DISP         Allow the UUT to stabilize.

  1.007  DISP         Connect the 5100B and the UUT as follows.
